#AdivasiAwaaz is a project by Adivasi Lives Matter (ALM) and Prayog, CG to help the Adivasi (Indigenous) youth of India assert their identities through digital stories to preserve, promote and amplify Adivasi identity.
Across the tribal villages of Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha, I witnessed a quiet revolution. Women once confined to survival roles now lead enterprises, sustain families, and redefine success. Their strength lies not in escaping their roots but in transforming them. In their confidence, resilience, and hope, I saw a powerful reminder that empowerment often grows in the most unexpected places.
