What If I Told You There’s a Stone That People Eat in Nagaland?
While trekking through the forests of Changki village in Nagaland, I stumbled upon Longping—a soft, edible rock that villagers extract from the mountain. At first, it seemed like a prank. Rocks? Is Nagaland’s Education System Betraying Merit and Transparency?
The appointment of 147 Assistant Professors in Nagaland reeks of favoritism, betraying merit and transparency. CTAN and NNQF protest a committee seen as a stalling tactic, demanding the order's repeal and open recruitment via NPSC. Minister Along’s “empathetic” justification falls flat. Youth deserve a fair shot, not backdoor deals. Silence endorses this wrong—traditional leaders must speak. Justice and integrity hang in the balance.
